Established in 2002, ANS Design provides professional building design, documentation and planning assistance across Sydney and selected areas of NSW.
Led by Adam Murphy, Principal Designer and BDAA Accredited Building Designer (Accreditation No. 7005), we assist homeowners, builders, developers and property investors with alterations and additions, first-floor extensions, new homes, duplexes and secondary dwellings.
Our approach combines thoughtful building design with practical consideration of site constraints, planning controls and approval requirements. We review relevant LEPs, DCPs and SEPPs, identify potential issues early and assist clients in selecting appropriate approval pathways.
In addition to building design, ANS Design provides standalone planning and development assistance, including DA, CDC and CC documentation, council and private certifier coordination, responses to requests for additional information and Building Information Certificate (BIC) documentation and support.
